This is a collection of ordinary gratitude: 15 lists from 15 chosen days of the year exploring the infinite arbitration of big and little things to be grateful for. A simple exercise completed at the end of both good days and bad days alike, defining real moments of gratitude reveals life at its most honest. Unfiltered, unedited, and unashamed: what are you grateful for on the days that you have betrayed, lied, and cheated; what are you grateful for on days that you have sacrificed, given, and changed?
Diane Meyer is a student at Brandeis University studying English and studio art. She pretends to be an adventurer, but more truly she is a homebody who is proud to be born and raised in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She is most inspired by her family and friends and she enjoys the stomach churning second-hand embarrassment of reading her old diaries. She is twenty one years old and she knows that she has a lot more gratitude in her life to look forward to.
