Ball Up Top is a poetry collection focused on the aches both inside oneself and in relationships that turn small cracks into eventual chasms. It explores the themes of disconnection, alienation and grief.

While Ball Up Top focuses on the grief of growing apart and growing confused with oneself there is an undercurrent of resilience and dark humor that flows through it. Not only can we change but we are always changing and there is a strength in that.
