Before filling out our Replace Order form, please understand that our books and chapbooks are handmade with love, not made by a machine, that printing and shipping are slow, and that that's in the nature of what Bottlecap Press is.The expectation is that most orders should take at least a couple weeks to arrive, longer for large orders, and sometimes longer during busy times of the year. Every day, we're working our hardest to speed things up. Please use this form if you've been waiting longer than six weeks for your order.
