Love You More Than Wine is a collection of personal essays that show the complex and often paradoxical nature of what it means to struggle with an addiction. Spanning four years of active addiction and failed attempts at sobriety, these essays weave through moments of profound hopelessness, with each setback and failure unknowingly leading toward a lasting recovery.

At its center, this work seeks to offer comfort to anyone struggling with substance abuse, while providing a raw and honest perspective for those who seek to understand what it means to battle an addiction. Lastly, this collection serves as a tribute to all those we’ve lost, and reveals how immense suffering will often pave the way toward healing.
