Refund policy
Returns
We cannot take returns, but we can refund or replace any item at any time.
Refunds (if applicable)
To request a refund, please use the Replace Order form in our Help Desk and enter REFUND along with the order number in the Order Number line. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. We do not offer returns or refunds on digital products.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at bottlecappress@gmail.com with the subject line Refund.
Sale items (if applicable)
Regular priced items may be refunded at the regular price, unfortunately sale items can only be refunded at the sale price.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We can replace any damaged or missing item upon demand, with no need for a return. You can request a replacement in the Help Desk on our website.
