Shipping Details

Bottlecap Press is a micro zine press run by two people in their spare time out of a studio apartment. Please adjust your expectations accordingly. Our books and chapbooks are handmade with love, not made by a machine. We always promise to do our best with our minimal resources, but it's important to understand that printing and shipping are slow and that that's in the nature of what Bottlecap Press is. We've always got a large print queue to work through, and it can be logistically difficult to raise the priority of any one order (because it means lowering the priority of every other order.) The expectation is that most orders should take at least a couple weeks to arrive, longer for large orders, and sometimes longer during busy times of the year. Every day, we're working our hardest to speed things up.

If you've been waiting on an order for more than six weeks, feel free to use our Replace Order Page, and we'll get out a replacement as soon as we can.

Unfortunately, we aren't able to provide tracking numbers on most orders since our chapbooks typically ship as regular mail.
