Find Me in the Void is a poetry collection about what remains after everything else falls apart. Isaiah Alexander writes toward healing, heartbreak, and the echoes of the past that never quite fade. Through raw, rhythmic verse, he unpacks the weight of family, faith, masculinity, and queerness. Each poem is a small reckoning with love and loss, identity and inheritance.

What begins as a confrontation with grief slowly becomes an act of resurrection. Alexander traces the line between hurt and hope, exploring the body as both battleground and sanctuary. His poems pulse with intimacy and memory, revealing how survival often means learning to forgive the versions of ourselves that didn’t make it this far and living with the version that did.

Isaiah Alexander is a Black, gay poet weaving memory, myth, and madness into verse. Raised in Texas, he writes from the in-between—where grief softens, love haunts, and poetry heals.
