Author Help

UPDATE 9/5/2024! This Author Help Desk is still new, and we're just getting started using it to field requests. Since launching at the end of May, we've received about 300 requests, and we've completed more than 200 of those so far! Our biggest hope is that this service makes it easier to keep up to date and make communication about certain types of common and urgent problems quick and simple for both parties. If you're waiting for a response on a Help Desk request, no worries, we've got it, and we're doing our best to get everything caught up as quickly as possible. Our hope is to have the Help Desk queue fully up to date so we can start using it for daily requests soon. Right now, most of our time is consumed by keeping up with our print queue, and once we've got that task all wrapped up, we'll be able to reprioritize. Always remember that it's a process.
