Request a termination for your book or chapbook project using the link below.

It can sometimes take time before we see a new termination request. Once you've filled out this form, you do not need to wait for Bottlecap's response to be able to republish your work elsewhere. The rights to the work belong to the author. Your project will be removed from the Bottlecap catalog as soon as we see the request.
