Request a royalty payment using the form below. Please remember, we're on a payment schedule and we aren't able to respond to these requests right away, but if you put in a request, we will make sure your payment is prioritized on our next payment date.

You can view your up-to-the minute royalty balance and sales data at any time by logging into your Author Portal account at https://bottlecap.press/apps/vendor-portal

You should have made an Author Portal account your project's release, and if you did, your login details haven't changed. If you failed to make an Author Portal account, you can always make a new one at the link. Please keep in mind, after you make an account, it takes a week or two for us to attach it to your sales info, so you'll need to be patient before you can log in. Please do not make more than one Author Portal account. It's only possible for us to attach your info to one account at a time.

We are currently in the process of transitioning to a new royalty system where we'll be lowering the minimum payment threshold from $50 to $5, and sending payments as often as a few times a week (any time a royalty balance crosses that $5 line). We believe that more immediate royalty payments will help to encourage authors to promote their projects more. About 50% of our authors are already on the new system, and we're adding new authors to that list almost every day, with the hopes that we'll be able to have everyone on the new system before the end of 2026.
