Prose poetry, chapbook, 28 pages, from Bottlecap Features.

Each poem in Half Quilted is exactly two-hundred words and plays with the devices of poetry and prose. Written during 2025, the entries pay homage to the world of physics, politics, literature and whatever else caught my attention, including my own joys and grief. The material resulted from a collaboration with poet Maw Shein Win who responded to my words with eight lines of her poetry. We considered each pairing a quilted square. I have selected approximately half of my entries for this collection.

Lenore P. Weiss lives in Oakland, California and is a member of The Writers Grotto. She serves as the Creative Nonfiction (CNF) Editor for Mud Season Review. Her work has been widely published online and in journals. Lenore is seeking representation for her novel All Gone!
