Poetry, chapbook, 28 pages, from Bottlecap Features.

This chapbook is a study of human nature. The characters respond to their environments and circumstances in evolved, adaptive ways. They all have the necessary strength to understand and overcome obstacles.

Observations is also about the deepened intellectual resources the characters need to comprehend their lives. As their lives pass by, the characters’ sentiments are shaped into resolute, sharpened and identifiable poetic forms.

These glimpses of pivotal moments in the characters’ histories show the vulnerable facts of evolution, adaptation and human survival. These are bursts of combined reason and feeling brought forth here in the form of poetry. These are the needed images of strength necessary for living a long and happy life.

Sharon McPeters is an award-winning writer from Southern California. She has a double degree in English and Journalism from the University of Southern California.
