JOELLE MAXX MILMAN (b. 1995) is a writer, poet, and translator of Modern and Biblical Hebrew. Repartings, her debut book of poetry, was published in 2026 by Ben Yehuda Press. Joelle has worked extensively in activist spaces, notably as lead English writer at Breaking the Silence. A graduate of Barnard College and Hebrew University, Joelle has served as Poet-In-Residence at Der Nister LA and taught creative writing classes internationally.
