UPDATE 2/14/2024! We're making progress getting the Help Desk into shape enough to always guarantee a quick response, and we're determined to have Bottlecap in tidier shape soon! The holiday season and the fires set us back much more significantly than we could have expected, but we're working hard every day. Our biggest hope is that the Help Desk service makes it easier to keep up to date and make communication about certain types of common and urgent problems quick and simple for both parties. If you're waiting for a response on a Help Desk request, no worries, we've got it, and we're doing our best to get everything caught up as quickly as possible. We are still in a position right now where most of our time is consumed by our print queue, but we do still expect to be able to reprioritize soon. We were able to knock out almost all our outstanding Royalty Requests last month, which we're very excited about, but if you're waiting, no worries, you're at at the top of our list, and we taking care of everyone one by one over the next month or so.
