UPDATE 12/16/2024! We're still working on getting the Help Desk into shape enough to always guarantee a quick response, but we're determined to have Bottlecap in tidy shape soon! The holiday season has put us a little behind the schedule we hoped to be on in pretty much every area, but we are planning and expecting for big progress over the next several weeks. Our biggest hope is that this service makes it easier to keep up to date and make communication about certain types of common and urgent problems quick and simple for both parties. If you're waiting for a response on a Help Desk request, no worries, we've got it, and we're doing our best to get everything caught up as quickly as possible. We are still in a position right now where most of our time is consumed by our print queue, but that task is getting wrapped up quickly, and we'll be able to reprioritize soon. If you're waiting on a response to a Royalty Request, you're in luck — we've got another big round of payments scheduled over the next few weeks, and are expecting to make big progress on that right after the holidays. Best wishes, everyone!
